The Public Works Administration oversees the planning, coordination, and management of all Public Works operations in North Kingstown. The department ensures that municipal infrastructure, facilities, and public services are maintained efficiently and in accordance with community needs and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Managing the daily operations of roads, drainage, solid waste, facilities, and other municipal infrastructure services.
- Strategic Planning & Projects: Coordinating long-range infrastructure planning, capital improvement projects, and maintenance schedules.
- Budget & Resource Management: Overseeing budgets, procurement, and allocation of resources to maintain cost-effective and efficient operations.
- Staff Management: Supervising department staff, ensuring safety training, professional development, and workforce efficiency.
- Community Engagement: Responding to resident inquiries, coordinating public notifications for projects, and ensuring transparency in Public Works operations.
