Sales begin: May 1, 2026
Where to Buy:
- Town Hall – 80 Boston Neck Road, North Kingstown, RI
- Municipal Office Building (MOB) – 100 Fairway Drive, North Kingstown, RI
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Payment: Cash or check payable to The Town of North Kingstown.
What You Need to Bring:
- Valid driver’s license
- Current vehicle registration(s)
- Proof of NK residency (if license & registration don’t match address)
Passes are non-transferable and must be placed on the front passenger-side windshield.
Seasonal Fee Schedule
| Resident: $10.00 per vehicle | Non-Resident: $20.00 per vehicle |
| Resident Senior (55+): $5.00 per vehicle | Non-Resident Senior (55+): $10.00 per vehicle |
| Resident Multi-Passenger Vehicle (10+ seats): $20.00 | Non-Resident Multi-Passenger Vehicle (10+ seats): $40.00 |
| Resident Veteran: $5.00 per vehicle (with DD214 or DD215) |
Replacement passes = original price
Parking Rules
- All beach parking → lot to the left
- Right-side lot → handicapped, Senior Center, Community Center, Wickford Art Association ONLY violators will be ticketed.

Beach Accessibility
North Kingstown Town Beach is barrier-free. Beginning July 22, 2024, ADA sand and water accessibility measures are in place. This includes:
- Mobi-Chair floating beach chairs
- Beach access mat
The access mat will remain in place for the season. Mobi-Chairs are available for use only when lifeguards are on duty (Seasonally they are on duty daily from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). See Lifeguard to sign waiver of use.
