• Only marina staff are permitted inside the shed/Quonset hut. This rule will be strictly enforced.
• Bathroom amenities are available for tenants and employees only.
• Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.
• Gates must remain closed at all times.
• Gate and restroom access codes are confidential and should not be shared.

Please note: Allen Harbor Marina is a recreational facility; commercial boats are not permitted.

Location

Allen Harbor Marina is located in the northeast corner of the former Quonset-Davisville Naval Base, in a naturally sheltered harbor with excellent views and access to Narragansett Bay. The Town of North Kingstown owns and operates the Marina, which includes:

• 82 moorings
• 124 slips
• 2 transient slips
• 3 transient moorings

A public boat ramp is also available for use year-round.

Staff

The seasonal staff at Allen Harbor Marina is responsible for maintaining the marina and boat ramp from May through October. Their primary goal is to provide well-maintained facilities for the community to enjoy the recreational opportunities in the area.

Marina Information

• The ramp at Allen Harbor Marina is open year-round and is free of charge. Parking is also free.
• The ramp renovation was partially funded by a Federal and State grant. The ramp remains under the ownership of the Town of North Kingstown, with management by Allen Harbor Marina staff.
• Previously, a washdown station was available to boaters, but it has been permanently closed.
• Allen Harbor Marina is closed for the winter from mid-December through March. Staff returns in April. For inquiries during winter, please email us or leave a message on our winter phone line at 401-486-6126.
• For immediate assistance during the off-season, please contact the North Kingstown Recreation Department at 401-268-1540.
