2024 STATISTICAL REVALUATION
Important Notice: 2024 Property Revaluation
Dear North Kingstown Property Owner,
The Town of North Kingstown will be conducting a Property Revaluation for 2024. In accordance with RI General Laws 44-5-11.5 and 44-5-11.6, a revaluation is required every three years. The purpose of this revaluation is to ensure property assessments reflect their full and fair cash value as of December 31, 2024.
This year, a statistical revaluation will take place. All properties that have been sold or have an open permit will be visited by data collectors to verify the accuracy of the information on file. Both interior and exterior inspections, including measurements, will be conducted. Qualified sales will be analyzed, and a field review of all properties will be performed to confirm the existing property and neighborhood characteristics.
The Town of North Kingstown has hired Vision Government Solutions to conduct the revaluation. All Vision Data Collectors will carry photo identification and a letter from the Tax Assessor, which will specify the nature of their work. Vehicle information for the data collectors will be on file with the Tax Assessor’s Office. We respectfully ask for your cooperation with the data collectors during this process to ensure the accuracy of the revaluation.
Vision Government Solutions Personnel and Vehicle Information:
- Jacob Panteleakos - 2023 Hyundai Elantra (Red) - CT Reg. BN-28343
- Nichollas Roman - 2016 Nissan Altima (Grey) - RI Reg. RW-709

- Bill Downs - 2019 Honda HR-V (Black) - MA Reg. 3MGL27
Once the revaluation process is complete and all data has been analyzed, new assessments will be mailed to property owners in early 2025. At that time, Vision Government Solutions will conduct informal appeal hearings for property owners who wish to discuss their assessments. The final property assessment will be reflected on the July 2025 tax bill. Further appeal options will be available through the Tax Assessor’s Office at that time.
