Accessing Current Assessment Information

Current assessment information is available through Vision Appraisal. This online platform allows users to access the Assessor's database, which includes details on property ownership, land and building values, building data, sales data, and general revaluation information.

The ownership database is updated on a weekly basis, while assessment information is updated annually.
