Looking for a hall to rent for an event you're planning? Our Cold Spring Community Center will be ideal for all occasions with several different rental options including but not limited to a band stand, tables and chairs, different room sizes, and kitchen option all with a beautiful view of the stunning North Kingstown Town Beach!
We also offer a discounted rate to our North Kingstown Residents and Non-profit organizations. Call (401) 268-1540, or email firstname.lastname@example.org to preview the venue. There will be a refundable deposit due when you book your event. It is a $25 room key fee that you will receive back when returning the key and a $100 refundable deposit to cover any damage or cleaning that is necessary after your departure. How do I begin the rental process?
Call the Recreation Secretary at (401) 268-1540 to check date availability.
Remit the permit and the security deposit.
Wait for my confirmation.
Date/Time confirmed with Rec Department?
Pick up the key the day of or the day before your event (Friday before if on the weekends). The key can be picked up Monday thru Friday, 9am-4pm at our office located at 80 Boston Neck Road.
Host your event, follow rules on permit, return key to the Recreation office or key drop box at conclusion of the event.
After the room has been looked at and the key is returned, we will return the security deposit.
